Okay, so i was lazy...that doesn't mean

I didn't record all my food intake!!!  Guess what?  I lost 4 pounds in the first week!!!  Gonna shout that shit out to the rooftops!!!

Today starts week 2 of my 11.5 weight loss goal by March 1st... 4 pounds down, 7.5 to go... I really gotta start exercising this week!!!


I will be determined and I will succeed this time!!!
